Valérie, can you tell us about your background and what led you to set up Perfectis Formations?
I'm Valérie Desmaisons-Bouthier, beauty expert and coach. With over 20 years' experience in the beauty industry, in addition to having trained numerous institute managers to help them optimize their services, I have also managed a beauty institute myself.
This practical experience gave me a better understanding of the daily challenges faced by beauticians. It was this in-depth expertise that led me to create Perfectis Formations, an organization dedicated to helping beauticians live more serenely from their profession.
How does Perfectis Formations stand out in the training world?
Based in Lyon's 6th arrondissement, Perfectis Formations stands out as a small structure, close to its trainees.
Our aim is to enhance the potential and image of the institutes while improving the customer experience through our exclusive training programs, coaching sessions and anti-aging facial massages.
To ensure quality teaching, we only accept qualified beauticians and limit each session to 8 participants, guaranteeing personalized attention. Our materials are designed to be clear and practical, making learning and revision easy.
How do your training courses contribute to the success of beauty salons?
We are constantly attentive to our trainees' needs. In order to fully meet their expectations, our expertise is divided into several areas:
- Technical training We offer specialized training in anti-aging facial massages, with the aim of developing expertise in "ageing better". What's more, we offer Dermo-facialist certification, underlining the excellence of our treatments.
- Coaching and support We offer coaching sessions and support programs to help beauticians manage their institutes with greater peace of mind. Thanks to these tools, they can offer high-quality services and enhance the value of their know-how.
- Subscription: From 2025, we will be launching the Perfect'Pro subscription concept for beauticians, offering annual support to ensure professional and financial peace of mind.
Could you tell us more about your new Perfect'Pro subscription concept?
Perfect'Pro was born of a reality: the feeling of isolation that many beauticians feel in the day-to-day running of their business. With this subscription, we offer complete support and "turnkey" tools to simplify their life at the institute.
Perfect'Pro offers monthly live remote workshops, motivating challenges, practical advice, online resources, customizable templates and individual coaching. Everything is designed to help beauticians run their businesses with greater serenity and efficiency.
Can you tell us how you discovered SOPHRO MASQUE®?
